The hotel is situated at the top of the stairs and certainly needs refurbishing, although the rooms are clean and appropriate. The service was good, with helpful staff providing reduced parking rates. The location is fantastic, centrally located on the main thoroughfare of the town center. The dining experience had some issues, with undercooked food causing illness. The hotel has a European food dining option but could use improvements in inspecting rooms for insects.

However, the service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate my Zoom meeting needs. The location was convenient, being close to various restaurants and shopping centers.
