Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated at the top of the stairs and certainly needs refurbishing, although the rooms are clean and appropriate. The service was good, with helpful staff providing reduced parking rates. The location is fantastic, centrally located on the main thoroughfare of the town center. The dining experience had some issues, with undercooked food causing illness. The hotel has a European food dining option but could use improvements in inspecting rooms for insects.
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city, although the noise from the nearby club made it hard to rest. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, but the room was not as described and the noise from outside affected my sleep quality greatly.
Upon arrival, the hotel room was in poor condition with ripped curtains. The noise from outside due to shouting, loud music, and drunk people made it difficult to sleep. However, the service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate my Zoom meeting needs. The location was convenient, being close to various restaurants and shopping centers. The dining experience was average, with slow service and a chilly room. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was both clean and very comfortable. The staff was very good, giving helpful advice about the surroundings. The location was quite central and convenient for various activities, although the busy street outside could be a bit noisy. The dining experience was mixed with some interesting options but others falling short. Overall, it was a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
